Sunsets! Don't you just love them? I do! REALLY! I cannot get enough of them! Sunsets and rainbows...strikingly beautiful and always different.
I know this will sound completely sappy and beyond goofy, but each day when I stop and take it in, I always feel like I've just received a present from God. It's as if, each day He creates a beautiful sunset just for me. Like his personal finishing touch to that particular day.
Sunsets have a majesty all their own. I stand in awe everytime; drinking in each one's uniqueness. They refresh me. My daily sunset is my 'hug' from God.
I've even begun taking a daily photo of each 'gift'...a sunset journal. Now, I can take each one in for more than just the few seconds it exists. Isn't is amazing the beauty He creates, even when it will be around for mere moments?
If you haven't lately, stop and admire a sunset this week. May it warm your soul.
